Directions to Triangle Veterinary Emergency Clinic

From the North (and West if approaching from I-85):

Take I-85 South to 15/501 South (exit 174A – right lane after Hillandale Road)

Option A: Follow 15/501 Business exit (exit 105 A – Left Lane). Go past the Sams Club and Super Target (on the right) and several car dealerships (on the service road on the right) to the exit ramp for 751 Truck Route and Duke University/Durham Academy. At the top of the exit ramp make a right hand U-turn on to the service road (in front of the Exxon station on the corner) onto Durham Chapel Hill Blvd Service Road. We are the first driveway on the left. There is a “Triangle Veterinary Emergency” sign at the entrance.

Option B: Follow 15/501 South to Cornwallis Road exit (exit 106) and turn left at bottom of exit ramp. Go to the second traffic light (1 mile) and turn right onto Academy Road (751 South). Go to the second traffic light. Just past the second traffic light, turn right onto Durham Chapel Hill Blvd Service Road (Be careful not to turn onto the exit ramp for 15/501 business). We are the first driveway on the left. There is a “Triangle Veterinary Emergency” sign at the entrance.

From Chapel Hill/Carrboro/Pittsboro

Take 15/501 North to split of 15/501 and 15/501 Business. Stay in the left lane and follow 15/501 Business to Sams Club and Super Target (on right). Drive past the Sams Club and Super Target, cross the intersection with Shannon Road. Take the exit ramp on the right after you pass Shannon Road. The exit ramp is the 751 Truck Route, Duke University/Durham Academy. At the top of the exit ramp, make a right hand U-turn on to the service road (in front of the Exxon station on the corner) onto Durham Chapel Hill Blvd Service Road. From the East/West if approching from I-40:

Follow I-40 to 15/501 North towards Durham. Follow the Chapel Hill directions.
